This isn't so much a baby shower game as it is pure entertainment. Have the guests write down what the mother-to-be says as she opens the gift they brought. Gifts of all different sizes will surely be brought to the party so her comments will be varied. When she is through opening all gifts explain to the guests that what they have written down is what was overheard the night the baby was conceived. Have the guests read aloud what they have written down as if they had eves dropped. It's guaranteed to get a few belly laughs!
